Project Management with LSS Green Belt Program

This program is specifically designed for students who are pursuing Project Management positions and need to become PMP/CAPM certified. The centerpiece of this program is our PMP/CAPM Certification training. Our related curriculum includes Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Included is MS Project as the software tool for tracking projects.

Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification

This intensive Project Management Professional (PMP)® exam prep course is taught by real-world PMP® certified practitioners and includes the most current guide, plus a wide variety of learning tools and study aids, all using PMI® terminology.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Boot Camp

The accelerated Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program and methodology allows students to complete certification requirements faster than traditional Six Sigma and Lean training programs. NOTE: The cost of the certification exam is included with the price of the course.

Scrum Master Certified (SMC)

Scrum Master Certified (SMC™) professionals have a practical, working knowledge of Scrum that equips them to implement and work in a Scrum environment. The purpose of the exam is to confirm the applicants have achieved sufficient understanding of how to apply Scrum in the projects and to tailor Scrum in a particular scenario. SMC™ professionals are facilitators who ensure that the Scrum Team is provided with an environment conducive to completing the project successfully. The Scrum Master guides, facilitates and teaches Scrum practices to everyone involved in the project, clears impediments for the team, and ensures that Scrum processes are being followed.

Project 2016 - Part 1

This course is designed to familiarize students with the basic features and functions of Microsoft Project Professional 2016 so they can use it effectively and efficiently in a real-world environment.

Project 2016 - Part 2

This course covers the skills a project manager needs to update a project plan during the execution, monitoring, and controlling phases of a project. This course will enable students to manage the project so that it is completed on time & within budget.
