Word 2016 Team Collaboration
This course will teach students how collaborate with others on a document so everyone can be on the same page and work efficiently. Students will learn how to work comments and track changes to make sure that all documents up to date.
Who Should Attend
This course is designed for students who need to collaborate with others in their organization. This course does assume basic knowledge of creating and formatting documents, so it may not be suitable for absolute beginners. However, all students can benefit from knowing how to deal with documents created by other users, so this course is strongly recommended to anyone who needs to work in a team.
The goal of this course is to show you how manage document edits performed by multiple people. You will learn how to track changes, how to accept/reject changes, how to add comments and how to compare and merge documents. By the end of the course, you will know how to work with a document in a collaborative environment.

- Tracking Changes - Learn how to turn on tracking, how to view/modify changes, and how to accept/reject changes.
- Working with Comments - Learn how to add, reply to, and delete comments.
- Comparing and Merging Documents - Learn how to Compare and Combine documents, as well as how to view the results.
