PowerPoint 365 Creating Dynamic Presentations Using Excel Data
This course is an introduction to incorporating existing Excel data to create enhanced and dynamic PowerPoint presentations. Students will learn how to prepare spreadsheets, create and insert charts into a presentation, and modify a presentation’s theme.
Who Should Attend
This course will be most comfortable for students who are already familiar with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as it assumes some basic knowledge. Even more experienced students may find new ways to create engaging presentations, however, so this course is recommended to anyone wanting to learn more about how to prepare and include data and charts into a presentation.
The goal of this course is to show students how to prepare Excel data and charts for inclusion in a PowerPoint Presentation. Students will learn how to format cells and how to create and customize an Excel chart. Once students are confident in preparing a spreadsheet, they will learn how to copy and paste data and charts into a PowerPoint presentation.

- Applying and Modifying the Document Theme - Learn about PowerPoint themes and how to customize them.
- Inserting the Chart into PowerPoint - Learn various ways to copy and paste Excel data into PowerPoint.
