PowerPoint 2016 Essentials of Formatting Presentations
This course demonstrates the essential tools and features for editing text in Microsoft PowerPoint. Students will learn how to improve their presentations’ look and readability by editing and formatting text directly on slides.
Who Should Attend
This course is designed for those who are newer to PowerPoint and need to know how to add and format text on slides. Students may be more comfortable in this course if they already have some experience navigating the PowerPoint interface, but confident beginners should be able to jump right into working with text. Even more experienced users can learn valuable tips about making presentations more readable.
The goal of this course is help students make PowerPoint presentations look better, more professional, and more readable. You will learn how to fine-tune formatting for both characters and paragraphs and how to create bulleted or numbered lists as well. By the end of this course, you will be reasonably comfortable working in PowerPoint and will be ready to start learning other features.

- Character Formatting - Learn how to change text fonts, color, and size using the Font Dialog Box and how to easily copy and reuse formatting with the Format Painter.
