This program can lead to the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certification or can add to a professional’s skill set so they may move towards a BA position or Data Analyst position. This program may include courses such as BA Essentials, Understanding Enterprise and Root Cause Analysis, Effective Writing, Implementing and Managing Agile Projects. It also could include database and desktop classes including but not limited to Excel, Crystal Reports, SQL, Access, and data centric courses, as well as Six Sigma and/or Project classes.

The CompTIA Network+ and Security+ Program

This program is for entry-level computer support professionals with basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems and wish to increase their knowledge and understanding of networking concepts and skills to prepare for a career in network support or administration. This course will assist a student in preparing for the CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ Certification Exams.

The Database Program

This program is intended for students to learn the fundamentals of database querying and administration. Students will learn a core understanding of database concepts.

The Desktop Support / Junior Administrator Program

This program prepares students for Jr. Admin. & Desktop Support positions. It includes training in Windows Client and may include CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, Security+, or Cloud. It may also include Desktop classes and Biz Skills classes as needed.

Developer Certification Track Program

This program includes a combination of programming and development courses to give students a well-rounded foundation, including but not limited to, Visual Studio, JavaScript, Tableau, HTML, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Java/Java EE, Linux, Python, AWS, and Oracle. Agile, PM or Security topics may be included. Certification exams are included in this program.

The General Business Skills Program

This highly customizable program is perfect for someone needs to re-enter the job market, an owner of a small business, or someone who needs to gain or improve their PC application skills. The program consists of training, including but not limited to: MS office, Adobe classes, Database Applications, Report Writing, Data or Biz Analyst, business/soft skills, SHRM, project management, and can include leadership classes.

The Graphics, Internet, and Web Design Program

This program is a customizable combination of graphics and web design classes to meet the individual needs of the student who is looking to update their skills or move into a web design or digital marketing position. This program may include any of the Adobe classes such as Dreamweaver, Flash, Photoshop, Web Design with HTML5 and CSS3, Illustrator, InDesign or Captivate. It may also include JavaScript Programming, iOS Development, Web Development, WordPress, SharePoint, Acrobat and Microsoft Office classes. It may also include an Internet Marketing Professional course as well as a Windows Foundation and soft skills classes.

The Microsoft Office for Beginners Program

This program will provide entry level knowledge for administrative and clerical positions.

The Network Security and Computer Forensics Program

This program is geared toward students wanting to specialize in Computer Security and may be completely customized to a student’s needs. This program can lead to a current MS Cert, CompTIA Cert, CEH, CISSP, CHFI, CISM or other current security certifications. Exam vouchers and test prep materials are included.

This program includes the following courses:

  • CompTIA Network+
  • EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
  • Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
  • EC-Council Computer Hacking Forensics Investigator (CHFI)

The PC Support / Help Desk Program

This program prepares an individual for positions such as PC/Desktop Support and IT Support roles. The Program includes A+ Certification, Network+ certification, and MS Windows classes which map to the MCSA for those designations.

The Project Management Professional Program

This program prepares students to take the prestigious PMP or CAPM. The standard program includes the PMP or CAPM class, as well as MS Project and Visio. Other classes may include Crystal Reports, SharePoint and other Microsoft classes. Six Sigma, Agile, ITIL Foundations, Scrum Master, and Cloud Essentials may be included instead of Microsoft classes.
