Level 1: New User Course Description

The New User Microsoft Surface Hub course focuses on providing the skills and knowledge necessary to successfully use and interact with the Surface Hub in meetings, presentations, and brainstorming sessions.

End-users will learn how to reserve the Surface Hub for a meeting, how to connect a personal device for presenting content, and how to use the variety of included and featured apps on the Surface Hub to accomplish collaborative tasks in exciting new ways.

Who Should Attend?

This course is specifically designed for corporate end users who attend or lead group meetings and/or huddles within the organization as well as those who conduct brainstorming sessions, using the large screen experience, to become more immersed in their work.

Course Objective

You will learn how to become more productive and collaborative within your work environment utilizing the Microsoft Surface Hub. The Adoption/End User Training will not only teach you how to confidently utilize the Microsoft Surface Hub in your day-to-day activities, but it will also show you how to collaborate more effectively with your teammates, both internally and externally.

Level 2: Power User Course Description

The Power User Microsoft Surface Hub course focuses on providing the skills and knowledge necessary to successfully use and interact with Surface Hub in meetings, presentations, and brainstorming sessions, as well as basic troubleshooting and connectivity guidelines.

Power users will experience a day-in-the-life of a typical Surface Hub meeting organizer and leader, which includes learning how to reserve Surface Hub for a meeting, how to connect a personal device for presenting content, and how to use the variety of included and featured apps to accomplish collaborative tasks in exciting new ways.

Who Should Attend?

This course is intended for corporate power users who schedule, set up, attend or lead group meetings and/or huddles within the corporation as well as those who ideate, using the large screen experience, to become more immersed in their work.
