Mark McManus, Jr.

Mark McManus, Jr. is President and Chief Executive Officer at NH Learning Solutions. A veteran of the computer training industry for more than 20 years, Mark is responsible for the company’s vision, financial performance, personnel, and organizational development. He has received a variety of awards in recognition of his numerous accomplishments. He was awarded the prestigious New Horizons President’s Cup award in 1997, the Circle of Excellence in 2000, and the New Horizons Lifetime Achievement Award in 2007. He has also received 10 North American “Franchise of the Year” awards over the past 15 years for the business performance within the Detroit, MI market. In addition, he was named one of Crain’s Detroit Business’ “40 under 40” in 1998, which recognized young, successful executives in Michigan.

Mark is a member of the Young Presidents Organization Greater Detroit Chapter, as well as a member of the Franchise Advisory Committee (FAC) for New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.

Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a major in Marketing from Michigan State University.

Scott McLean

Scott McLean is Vice President of Operations at NH Learning Solutions. Scott has over 20 years of experience in learning, talent management, and finance. In his role, Scott provides overall direction and guidance across all operational activities within the organization. Prior to his current role, Scott was General Manager of Grand Rapids and Lansing, MI training centers. He is also a Board Member of ThinkWise, a leading talent management organization.


Prior to joining New Horizons, Scott led a number of venture-backed operations throughout his career and has a comprehensive background in startup companies and corporate finance. He was a co-founder of Leadership Capital Group, the predecessor company to ThinkWise. Prior to ThinkWise, he was President of Best Source Publishing, a member of Falding Capital Group, and VP of Finance for Morgan-Meijer Communications. He started his career as a senior consultant with Arthur Andersen. He currently serves on the investment council for Hartwick Capital Group, a niche merchant bank in Grand Rapids, MI.

Scott earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Michigan State University.

Thomas Bender

Thomas Bender is Chief Information Officer. Born and raised in the Cleveland area, Thomas has 16+ years of technology and consulting experience across a wide variety of industries. In his role, Thomas has full responsibility over day-to-day training center operations, customer acquisition and retention, employee development, and profitability.

Prior to joining New Horizons, Thomas held executive-level technology and consulting positions at Accenture, IDS Scheer, the Cleveland Municipal School District, and Anheuser-Busch.

Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management and Political Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master’s degree in Information Management from Washington University in St Louis.

Tynan Fischer

Tynan Fischer, Chief Operating Officer of NH Learning Solutions has spent more than 18 years helping organization across the country achieve better results and productivity by educating their employees. He specializes in partnering with companies to help determine and identify business challenges regarding technology, business processes, migrations and employee development.

Over the course of Tynan’s career with New Horizons, he has held a wide range of positions, including Applications Instructor, Training Manager, General Manager & Regional Director of Operations.

Raleigh Wilkins

Raleigh brings a wealth of experience in change management and proven sales management tactics in a number of high-tech, direct sales environments and has developed a solid reputation for rapidly developing innovative sales strategies and creating winning sales teams - identifying talent and driving for results.

Raleigh joins us most recently from NASDAQ, where he led the Enterprise Sales effort for his division across the US and Latin America geography in addition to developing both the mid-market and client sales teams. Prior roles include executive sales leadership positions within Marketwired, Elsevier, Corporate Executive Board, Panbio and Operon Biotechnologies. In addition to his experience in sales leadership, Raleigh has carried a personal quota as an individual contributor, starting as an account executive within T-Mobile’s highly competitive B2B market, having cut his teeth in sales, selling Kirby Vacuum systems door to door. Prior to these experiences, Raleigh built his leadership and team building skills as a combat journalist within the United States Marine Corps.

When not at work, Raleigh enjoys exploring Chicago, surfing (not in Chicago) and travel to his hometown roots in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia where he can be found doing a little woodworking and furniture building. In his spare time, he is also a songwriter and playwright and loves to sing and perform.

Jay Consiglio

Jay Consiglio is the Executive Vice President of Sales for the Northeast region of NH Learning Solutions. In his role, Jay has full responsibility over day-to-day training center operations, vendor relationships, customer acquisition and retention, employee development, and profitability.

Jay has over 10 years of experience with New Horizons. He began as an Enterprise Account Manager in 2004, then worked his way up to General Manager before finally landing in his current role. Jay began his career working for State Street Corporation and then the Liberty Mutual Group, prior to getting into the training industry. He sits on the board of Boston’s International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners chapter and has held other board positions with local Learning & Development industry groups.

Jay holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, with a minor in Computer Information Systems, from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island.

Eric Strouse

Eric Strouse is Executive Vice President of Sales for the Northeast South region of NH Learning Solution. In his role, Eric has full responsibility over day-to-day training center operations, vendor relationships, customer acquisition and retention, employee development, and profitability.

Eric has over 4 years of experience with New Horizons. Beginning as a Strategic account manager he then worked through the roles of Sales Manager and General Manager before landing in his current role. Eric has held other leadership roles in a variety of industries such as Consulting, Food Distribution and Manufacturing prior to joining New Horizons.

Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Northwood University where he graduated summa cum laude.

Brian Zibricky

Brian Zibricky is the Vice President of Marketing and Products for NH Learning Solutions. Brian has over 15 years of IT experience, specializing in network infrastructure and server management. In his role, Brian is responsible for maintaining vendor partnerships, researching new products, managing the corporate web site, and overseeing all online and traditional marketing efforts for the organization. Prior to his current role, Brian served as an award winning Technical Instructor for New Horizons for over 10 years.

Brian began his IT career at Castrol Industrial North America, serving as a Technical Support Agent and eventually as an IT Project Specialist.

Brian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Education from Western Illinois University.
